Urad dal dahi bhalla

Soak urad dal for 5 hours, remove water from the dal.

Add 1/2 urad dal in to mixture jar, add 6 tsp water little by little and grind till smooth. Remove batter in a big bowl

Add salt, crushed black pepper, grated ginger, asafoetida, crushed green chillies. Whisk in to one direction for 4 minutes, batter becomes fluffy.

Take thick curd, add salt, sugar, whisk and mix well.for tadka, heat oil add mustard seeds, curry leaves and pour into curd

Heat oil in a kadai, fry vada on medium heat, becomes light golden. Soak vada in a warm water for 10 minutes. Take vada from the water.

Place 4 vada in a serving plate, pour tadka curd, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, green chutney, sweet tarmrind chutney. Garnish with pomegranate, chopped green coriander.

Urad dal tadka dahi bhalla is ready to serve.
