Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 cupsurad dal
  • 1 cupmug dal
  • 2-3 spoonsrice flour
  • 4-5green chillies
  • 1 pieceginger
  • 1 teaspoonchili flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
  • 1 cupchopped coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

    Soak the dal for 4-5 hours and then grind it and also grind the ginger chillies. Now add rice flour as needed and add sweet soda, chili flakes, coriander, salt and knead the pudding very much on one side, so your pudding will become very fluffy and your mendu vada will be very soft

    Now we will prepare sambar and chutney.

    Now put a wet hand in a jar and give a round shape of pudding on it and add it in oil by making a hole in the middle.
    It will happen very easily.

    So in this way all your meduvadas are ready, now we will serve them with coconut chutney and sambar
