1/2 cupDry coconut(cut into thin slices and then grind)
1/2 tspCumin
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspRed chilli powder
1 tbspcoriander leaves (washed and dried under the fan

Dry roast coconut powder on low heat for 2 min.

Add cumin and roast for a min.Switch off the gas stove.

Blend together coconut,garlic, coriander leaves,salt,red chilli powder and cumin to make powder.
