Firstly, add the oats to an electric chopper.

Blend it into a coarse powder. (Use blender to blend into a fine powder). Transfer the oats powder to a large mixing bowl.

Add milk and mix it into a dosa batter consistency. Set it aside to rest for 10 minutes.

In another bowl, break the eggs. Add salt and black pepper powder and whisk it well. Set it aside.

After the set soak time, stir-mix the oats-milk batter. Add the grated carrot, and the chopped onion, tomato and green bell pepper and mix it well.

Add the chopped green chillies and coriander leaves. Add salt, as needed and mix it well.

Lastly, add the egg mixture and mix it well.

The batter to make the Oats Omelette is now ready.

Heat a non-stick pan. Add a tablespoon of olive oil. Brush the oil all over the pan. Pour the entire batter and spread it evenly all over the pan. Or you can make more that one, small omelettes, as per desire. Cover and cook on low flame for 4 minutes.

Flip the pan and remove the omelette on a large plate or lid. Brush a teaspoon of olive oil all over the pan. Gently slide the omelette back into the pan. Cover and cook for another 4 minutes. Oats Omelette is ready. Transfer it to a serving plate.

Healthy and Delicious Oats Omelette is ready. Serve it hot or warm with Hot and Sweet Red Chilli Sauce for a flavorful kick.
