Soak mangoes in water for at least 1 hour. Then squeeze the mangoes🥭🥭 & take out the juice. Keep seeds (gotli) & skin separately.

Squeeze out the juice from the skin & gotli as much as possible by using hands.

Take the mango juice in a mixer jar & blend till smooth. Chill thoroughly. Beat the Summer Heat with the chilled juice.

Note : These mangoes were very sweet, so no sugar was required. Also the juice from Pahari / Piairi is on the thinner side, so I have not added any water.
