Warm the milk add sugar and milk powder let it cool. Warm the milk stir contineously

Blend the malai. And mix above milk into malai again blend it.

Remove the skin and seeds of the lychee.some of the lychee cut into pieces and keep a side. And make a juice of remaining lychees

Mix the juice into milk,blend it. Keep this mixture in the freeze for 2 hours.
Remove from freezer blend it again - 5
Now pour this into plastik tin,add the lychee pieces.now put the container into freezer. cool this for 7 to 8 hours

Your ice cream is ready to eat
