Ingredients

7-8 servings
  • 200 gramsraw mango (not sour)
  • 1 tablespoonjaggery powder
  • 1 tablespoonoil
  • 1 tablespoonpickle masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tspasafoetida
  • Mustard seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash, wipe and grate mangoes.

    In a mixing bowl add grated mangoes,salt, pickle masala, jaggery powder and mix well.

  3. 3

    In a tadka pan add oil and mustard seeds allow to crackle.Add asafoetida.After cooling add it into grated pickle.Store into jar.This pickle is temporary.
