Wash, wipe and cut bitter gourd into small pieces.

In a mixing bowl add bitter gourd pieces, pickle masala,salt, sugar.Squeeze lemon juice.

Mix well.In a tadka pan add oil and mustard seeds allow to crackle.Add asafoetida.Allow to cool.

Mix into pickle.Store pickle into glass jar.keep in refrigerator.
Tangy, tasty and bitter pickle is ready to enhance your taste.
