Ingredients

1 serving
  • 2 cupsinghare ka atta
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 2potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoonroasted cumin powder
  • 2 tablespoonsroasted peanuts
  • 2 tablespoonspomegranate for garnishing
  • 2 tablespoonsroasted Makhana for garnishing
  • 1 tablespoonapple, mint Chutney
  • Oil for frying
  • Rock salt as per taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Take singhare ka atta, salt, 2 tablespoons potatoes and knead tight dough.

  2. 2

    Then make big puris and deep fried from high flame to low flame.

  3. 3

    Then take potatoes add curd, salt, cumin powder, chilli powder and mix it nicely.

  4. 4

    Then take puris make hole in center and put that potatoes with curd and sprinkles cumin powder, chili powder, Green Chutney and salt.

  5. 5

    Then Garnish with pomegranate and makhana. Enjoy this delicious Rajkachori during in fast also.
