Heat the ground nut oil in kadai and once the oil is hot switch of the flame

Now add hing,dana methi,sauf and kaala jeera in the hot oil and stir

Now add mirchi powder,haldi and namak in the oil

Now add the grated mango in the mixture.

The achar is ready to be served in dal chawal or roti or khakra
