Get a clean pot put water on heat,peel yam and wash very well.

Slice yam into shape put inside the pot add little salt and boil for 15min

The yam is ready turn off heat

Wash tomatoes, pepper and blend

Wash and chop onions

Get a clean pan turn on heat,place the pan on heat add veg oil

Add onions,pepper, tomatoes blended and stir for 5 min

Break egg and whisk

Add maggi,salt stir add the egg and stir again allow for 3min sauce is ready
