Mix all this together (except the fruit salt)..adding some water to make a thick batter like consistency and let stand for 15 minutes only. Take a broad and deep nonstick pan and add 2-3 tablespoons of oil to cover the entire base. When hot add the rai/chillies and curry leaves and sesame seeds all over and let it splutter.

In the meantime add the fruit salt in the suji batter and mix well. Immediately pour into the pan and spread all over forming a thick cake. Sprinkle some more sesame seeds on top and cover with lid. Cook on medium heat for about 7-8 minutes. Do the toothpick test to see if the handwo is cooked.

Once done.. carefully invert it in the pan to make the upper part also crisp. Again cook for a few minutes till nicely cooked and golden from both sides. Remove and cut into pieces and serve with mint chutney. Enjoy 👍😊
