First of all wash the fresh fish thoroughly to remove all the dirty and nasty things

Then leave it to dry, by hanging it upside down for 10 minutes

Then heat the oil for frying under medium heat and then. Then put the fish into the oil carefully and be careful not to drop to prevent sparkling of oil.

Then fry both sides

After frying leave it to dry for five minutes while you are cutting the onions and tomatoes

Then into a cooking pan place one tbsp of oil in another cooking pan.

Then add the cut onions and garlic, fry till golden brown.

Then add the cut tomatoes and continue frying.

Dissolve royco into a 1/4 cup of water and then add the royco to the pan and cook for only 3 minutes.

Add 1/4 cup of water and allow it to boil. Then boil and add fish to the stew.

Boil for 2 more minutes and serve while hot with rice of Ugali
