Steps

First all purpose flour salt and oil mix with water make a soft dough.

Make some little puri from dough and deep fry in oil.till crispy and crunchy

Take a bowl add potato salt red chilli powder mix it add chat masala and mix well.

Now take a puri and potato mixture put on puri and add curd chatni sauce and garnish with coriander leaves.
