Key limes were on sale so I bought a pound, but I didn't follow the recipe on the bag because it had 4 egg yolks in it and I wanted something lighter. This recipe is egg free.

Key limes were on sale so I bought a pound, but I didn't follow the recipe on the bag because it had 4 egg yolks in it and I wanted something lighter. This recipe is egg free.
Steps

Make a short bread crust by mixing crumbs with the butter and pressing them into a pie dish

Mix together lime juice, condensed milk, and sour cream until smooth.

Pour into crust

Bake for ten minutes then turn off oven but leave pie in oven for 30 minutes.

Cool on counter then chill in refrigerator never eating.

May add whip cream before serving
