Ingredients

10 minutes
  1. 1 lbkey limes, squeezed
  2. 28 ozsweetened condensed milk
  3. 0.5 cupsour cream
  4. 1 cupshort bread cookie crumbs
  5. 3 tbsbutter melted

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Make a short bread crust by mixing crumbs with the butter and pressing them into a pie dish

  2. 2

    Mix together lime juice, condensed milk, and sour cream until smooth.

  3. 3

    Pour into crust

  4. 4

    Bake for ten minutes then turn off oven but leave pie in oven for 30 minutes.

  5. 5

    Cool on counter then chill in refrigerator never eating.

  6. 6

    May add whip cream before serving
