4beef sausages, A small piece of cabbage, 1 small carrot, a full tablespoon mayonnaise and oil

Pour the oil in a pan, put the sausages while the oil is not hot, then let them cook as the oil gets hot. remove them when they turn brown.

Chop the cabbage finely, grate the carrot on top, then add mayonnaise and mix them together.

Ready to be served with the sausages.
