Ingredients

3-4 servings
  • 1 CupWheat flour
  • 1/2 CupGram flour
  • 1/2 CupMakka flour
  • 1 CupFenugreek leaves (chopped)
  • 2 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoonRed chili powder
  • 1/3 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspSalt as per taste
  • 1 tspoil
  • 1 Tablespooncurd
  • 2 tspsugar
  • 1-2 tspfresh coriander
  • 1 tspsesame seeds
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl, mix together the three flours.

  2. 2

    Add oil and ginger garlic paste, mix again.

  3. 3

    Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, sesame seeds or sugar, mix well.

  4. 4

    Add fenugreek leaves and curd, mix together.

  5. 5

    Divide the dough into equal sized balls and shape into ovals.

  6. 6

    In a kadahi heat oil, and fry until golden brown,

    Serve hot with tea.
