In a mixing bowl, mix together the three flours.

Add oil and ginger garlic paste, mix again.

Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, sesame seeds or sugar, mix well.

Add fenugreek leaves and curd, mix together.

Divide the dough into equal sized balls and shape into ovals.

In a kadahi heat oil, and fry until golden brown,

Serve hot with tea.
