Besan methi ki poori with tomato chutney

In a bowl, mix together both the flours.

Add fenugreek leaves, oil, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, jeera, ajwain, salt and mix well.

Add enough water and knead to a dough. Allow to rest for 20 minutes.

Roll into pooris.

In a karahi heat oil and fry.

Fry till golden brown.

For tomato chutney, pressure cook the tomatoes. Allow to cool.

Peel and roughly chop the tomatoes.

In a pan heat oil and add jeera, sauf and hing.

Add in the boiled tomatoes.

Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, gud/sugar and mix together.

Cover with a lid and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve the methi pooris with tomato chutney.
