Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgliver
  • 1large onion
  • 3medium tomatoes
  • salt
  • oil for shallow fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean and slice liver and rub in a salt.

  2. 2

    Fry the liver in a hot oil till brown, fry onions and slice of tomatoes and leave it to cook.

  3. 3

    Serve with noddles or rice
