Ingredients

20 minutes
Makes 8 flatbreads, about 6 inches (15 cm) each.
  • 1 can(about 8.5 oz/240 g) drained chickpeas
  • 1 cup (256 ml)water
  • 3/4 cup (96 g)all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • For the filling:

    Blend all the ingredients in a blender until you have a smooth, fairly thick batter with no lumps.

    Pour 1 ladleful of batter into a lightly oiled, preheated nonstick skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side. Your chickpea flatbreads are ready to fill and enjoy!
