Make a checklist Collect and keep all ingredients within reach

Soak black rice with 2c hot milk in a bowl for 30min. Cook in a pressure cooker as you would cook rice following manufacturer’s guide for operating the cooker.

Remove the seed from the peach. Finely chop, transfer to a bowl. Add the cooked rice and 4 or more cups of hot milk. Mix. Stir in cinnamon.

Garnish porridge with nuts and raisins. Serve hot. You may add honey if you want it sweeter. the porridge sweeter. Enjoy the nutritious sweet porridge that will keep you healthy and energetic throughout the day
