  • 1 cupcooked quinoa
  • 2boiled mashed potato
  • 1/4th cup bread crumbs
  • 1capsicum finely chopped
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbspchopped coriander
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspdry mango powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tbspoil

  1. 1

    Cook the quinoa and boil potato. Mash the potato well

    Add all the veggies and spices. Mix well. Now add bread crumbs. And again mix well

    Make round patties. Heat oil and shallow fry till golden brown

    Serve with sauce curds or chutney.
