Steps
- 1
Optional: melt peanut butter in microwave for 30 seconds to make it easier to get out of the measuring cup. Put sugar, corn syrup and peanut butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir to combine until it starts to bubble and everything is mixed well. Remove from heat.
- 2
Stir in corn chips and lightly toss until coated.
- 3
Spoon them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leave some space in between. Let them sit for about 30 minutes.
- 4
Melt chocolate chips in the microwave at 30 second intervals, mixing in between until chocolate is fully melted. Use a fork to drizzle chocolate on top. Add sprinkles if you would like.
- 5
Place in an air tight container in the fridge until ready to serve. They will be good for about a week in the fridge.
