Peel off potatoes and cut it chopped tomato also Heat cooker and add oil add mustard and cumin seeds Asafoetida and potatoes add turmeric powder red chilli powder dry coriander powder

Mix it well add chopped tomato salt to taste add little water cover with lid gas off after 2 whistle when it becomes cool open it garnish with fresh green coriander
