Assemble all ingredients. Add soaked quinoa in a blender jar & blend to a fine batter

Now add soaked urad dal in a blender jar & blend to a fine batter

Mix both together & keep aside for 15 min.

Prepare the topping by mixing onion, capsicum, chilli flakes,salt & garam masala powder in one bowl & tomatoes in another plate.

In a quinoa batter add salt & cumin seeds mix well. Heat pan grease with little oil and pour a ladle full over the pan.Sprinkle masala ingredients over it.

Cook on low flame 🔥 when cooked from one side flip to the other side and cook.

Prepare all one by one.
Transfer to a serving plate garnish with chilli flakes served with tomato sauce & enjoy 😋
