Stir-Fried Taro Cake with Bean Sprouts

Pick through the bean sprouts and rinse them thoroughly.

Cut the taro cake into small pieces. Since my taro cake is packed with ingredients, I keep the stir-fry simple and don’t add too many extras.

Heat some oil in a pan and pan-fry the taro cake pieces until both sides are golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Add a little more oil and a splash of water to the pan, then stir-fry the bean sprouts and garlic chives.

Add the taro cake back to the pan, season with soy sauce paste, and stir-fry everything together.

Finish by adding a generous tablespoon of chili sauce. Serve and enjoy!
