Crispy Shrimp Balls with Sauce

Wash your shrimp thoroughly. Peel the shrimp leaving the tail part. Cut the tail part and set aside..

Mince the shrimp by hand or using a food processor Marinate the shrimp by adding all the ingredients to the shrimp. Set aside.

Prepare your dreding station by putting each ingredient in a separate bowl. Take yours minced shrimp and put a teaspoonful on the palm of your hand then place the tail part on top of it and make a ball shape. Repeat this process until all the shrimp is done.

Place the shrimp ball in the cornstarch and coat it well then dip it in the egg and coat it well. Then lastly coat it with breadcrumbs. Place it in the hot oil (about 350 degrees). Fry it for about 5 minutes or until it is golden brown.

While it is frying prepare your sauce by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly then set it aside or place it in your fridge until you are ready to use it.
