It is a popular deep fried snack recipe across India and it is prepared for various occasions as an evening snack in rainy season.
Steps

Take a bowl, add curd, sugar, cooking soda and whisk it. Add black pepper powder.

Add grated potato, kasuri methi, chopped green chillie, grated ginger, mix it well. Add both besan. Add required water.

Add red chilli powder, carom seeds, turmeric powder, sesame seeds,salt and give a nice mix. Make smooth gota batter.

Heat oil in a kadai, fry gota on a medium flame. Remove from the kadai.

Serve hot masala gota with fried green chillies. Enjoy in this rainy season.
