Steps

Assemble all the ingredients. Coarsely grind sprouted mung beans. Mash boiled potatoes.

Mix mung mixture to mashed potatoes and bread crumbs. Add all the spices and chilli ginger paste. Give it a good mix.

Give shape to small portions of the mixture.

Shallow fry the kababs in a pan from both the sides till golden brown.

Serve hot with ketchup and green chutney and enjoy...
