Mix all the chicken ingredients in a bowl. Heat up oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken then set aside.

In another pan saute the garlic and add 3 eggs and cook thoroughly. Add the rest of the ingredients one at a time and cook thoroughly. Add the rice and pour the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.

Mix in the green onions and transfer to plate. Serve and enjoy!
