Heat ghee add besan,maida,milk powder mix it well and fry till nice golden colour on low to medium flame, and keep aside.

Make sugar syrup of one string consistency then add to the besan mixture and combine well.

Cook the mixture till mixture starts leaving the pan or forms the ball with cooled mixture.

Pour in greased mould with dryfruit slices and level it and let it cool for a while,make cut marks.

Besan burfi is ready.
