  • 1 cupidli rice
  • 1/4 cupred poha
  • 1/4 cupcoconut
  • 1/2 cupripe jackfruit
  • 2 spoonsjaggery
  • Pinchsalt

Steps

5 mins + fermentation
  1. 1

    Wash and Soak the rice for 6 hours or overnight. Wash and soak the poha for ten mins.

    To a blender add grated coconut rice poha and salt and grind well.

    Now wash and deseed the jackfruit and blend it with already blended mixture of rice poha and coconut.

    Make a smooth batter and make even thick dosa on a hot pan. Serve with chuntey or idli podi.
