Gathered ingredients.

Crush boiled sweet corn, chop shimla mirchi, onion,Coriander, green chlies, Peeland grate carrot

In a bowl add crushed sweet corn, grated carrot, onion, chopped green chillies, Coriander leaves, shimla mirchi as well, suji, rice flour,salt, chilli flakes and oregano. Mix all these ingredients well. And keep it aside for 15 minutes.

Make small balls with small cheese cube inside it.

Heat appe pan. Grease with oil, put ready balls in it cook for 15 minutes. Turn after every 5 minutes.

Cheesy corn bombs are ready to eat.
