Wash and cut the avocados into two halves. Scoop out the creamy flesh. Discard the pith.

Also soak gond katira or the almond gum in a cup of water overnight in a refrigerator with a lid on. It takes a minimum of 6 hours to form a soft jelly like texture. Add this to a blender jar along with the rest of the ingredients as mentioned. Blitz on a high for about 2-3 minutes until done.

Luscious and a healthy homemade glass of Avocado Milkshake is ready for serving.
