In a bowl add roughly chopped onions. To this add finely chopped green chillies, red chilli powder turmeric powder cumin coriander powder,salt to taste, carrom seeds.

Mix all ingredients well and squeeze the onions. Keep aside for 10 minutes.

Now add finely chopped coriander leaves, gram flour and rice flour. Mix all ingredients very well and add water only if required.

Heat oil in a frying pan and gently drop the fritters slowly one by one into hot oil and deep fry till golden brown.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
