Roughly chop the onions in a food processor.

Add the hot and sweet peppers and spices, then chop again.

Add the ground beef and mix by hand. Take the soft raqaq bread, add mozzarella cheese as desired, and a piece of dough.

Fold it closed, then heat a grill pan and place the folded side down first.

Cook for 2 minutes on each side until done.
