Steps
- 1
I froze the ham chunk. I then cut it as thin as I wanted it. Add to the pan and start rendering the ham pieces. Cut both onions into pieces of eight, each one into eight wedges. Add them to the pan and season them with seasoned salt.
- 2
Add the butter and oil to the onions and ham. Mix the cornstarch, spices, and flour.
- 3
Add in the cornstarch and flour with the onions and ham. Cook it till the flour and cornstarch is cooked, just don't let it burn. Add in the water and whisk till done. This isn't thin nor is it thick. Serve over the potatoes or rice, whatever you desire. I hope you enjoy!!!
