Wash and wipe ivy gourd neatly.

Cut into very thin slices.

Heat oil in a pan.Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.Allow to crackle.

Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chilli powder salt and sliced ivy gourd.Stir well.Cover and cook for 7-8 minutes.

Remove cover and cook till get tender but crispy too.Turn off the gas.Our sober yet tasty ivy gourd fry is ready.
