Global apron week 18, { Coriander}, a simple, tasty , healthy tomato, coriander, red onion salad which is perfect with curries dishes, lentil dishes, barbecue and etc. A salad made with fresh veggies and flax seeds which has so many health benefits. Enjoy this salad with hot or cold food🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹.

Wash and pat dry tomatoes 🍅, slice up the tomatoes 🍅 and overlap in a serving dish, cut the onions 🧅 up into rings and scatter over the tomatoes 🍅, chop finely coriander leaves 🌿 and scatter over the top.

Add chopped green chillies on top of coriander leaves 🌿, add flax seeds and finally scatter carrot 🥕 juliennes. Drizzle the whole salad 🥗 with extra virgin olive oil, half lemon juice 🍋 and season lightly, keep it for 5 mins and serve. Serve with half lemon 🍋 and onion slices🧅 if desired.
