  1. 1/2 canSpam
  2. 2 packsudon noodles
  3. 3.5 oz (100 g)pre-cut mixed vegetables
  4. 1/2 teaspoonJapanese-style granulated soup stock
  5. 2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  6. 1/2 tablespoonvegetable oil

Steps

    Cut the Spam into bite-sized pieces.

    Take about 3.5 oz (100 g) of pre-cut mixed vegetables out of the bag.

    Open the packages of udon noodles.

    Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet and cook the Spam until browned.

    Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry until they soften. Taste a thicker piece, like cabbage core, to check if it's cooked through.

    Add the udon noodles to the skillet. Pour about 1/2 cup (100 ml) water over the noodles to help separate them.

    Add the granulated soup stock and soy sauce, then mix everything together.
