Heat oil and butter in a kadai and fry paneer, capsicum, tomato very lightly and keep aside.

Now same kadai add bay leaf, onion paste and fry some times then add ginger garlic paste and cook on low medium heat for 5-6 minutes. Now add whisked curd, mix it and cook.

After some times add cashew nuts paste, red chilli powder mix it and cook 2-3 minutes then add water and cook them.

Now add fried paneer, capsicum, tomato, mix it and cook another 2-3 minutes.

Lastly add ghee, garam masala powder and fresh cream, mix everything properly. Paneer Korma is ready.

Makhni Paneer Korma is ready to serve.
