Boil the noodle in hot water for 12 min, use oil to avoid stickiness

Heat some oil in a frying pan and saute chicken in pepper and salt and cook till tender

In a hot pan saute ginger garlic add capsicum followed by tomato ketchup and soya sauce

Add the chicken into this mixture and cook for 2 min

Add the rice noodle into the mixture and mix well
- 6
Season it with pepper and salt and garnish with coriander leaves, carrot and capsicum
