Steps

Mix the whipping cream with milk and add sugar

Simmer the mixture till the sugar dissolves, do not boil.

Add vanilla essence and gelatin when the mixture cools down

Allow the mixture to set in a glass or bowl preferably over night or 6 hrs in fridge.

Make pineapple juice and reduce to thicker consistency

Pour on top of the custard before serving. Enjoy 😊
