Parmesan garlic parsley mashed potatoes

Ingredients

  1. 6Red Potatoes
  2. 4 Clovesgarlic
  3. 2 tablespoonsbutter
  4. 1/2 cupmilk
  5. 1 teaspoonparsley salt
  6. 1 1/2 teaspoonsparsley flakes
  7. 1 1/4 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  8. 1 teaspoonherb and cheese blend

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut potatoes in quarters and peel garlic cloves. Put in large pot, cover with water add a pinch of salt (I like to use Himalayan pink salt) and boil.

    Once boiling reduce heat to low-medium for about 20-25 minutes. Or until potatoes are tender.

    Drain well than return to pot. Add butter, milk, salts, white pepper, parsley and mash

  4. 4

    Add in parmesan and cheese blend

These sound sooo goood! I love red potatoes! I think the measurement for the parmesan is missing... is it 1 1/4 teaspoons? Tablespoons?
