Steps

Take beetroot in a pressure cooker, add water & pressure cooker up to 5 whistles.

Cool & open the pressure cooker and remove the excess water. Peel & chop the beetroot roughly.

Take the chopped beetroot pieces in a mixer jar, add 1 cup of water. Churn them to a smooth mixture.

Take butter in a pan.Add wheat flour.

Saute continuously for 1 minute. Add warm milk & stir constantly, till now lumps remain.

Add beetroot mixture, garlic paste. Add 1 cup of water.

Boil for 3 - 4 minutes. Add salt and pepper.

Enjoy this Calcium Rich Soup piping hot with bread sticks & butter.
