Thalipeeth is a tasty and favorite dish in my family. It can be enjoyed as a snack or brunch. Sana, Ishu, Sharv, and Neil all love Thalipeeth very much.

Take a medium-sized bowl and add all the flours and spices. Mix well. Add ajwain and water, then knead to make a dough.

Add grated cucumber, chopped onion, garlic paste, chopped coriander, and salt to the dough. Mix well and shape into small Thalipeeth. Heat a tawa, add some oil, place the Thalipeeth on it, and cook until done.

Flip the Thalipeeth to cook both sides until done. Your Thalipeeth is ready. Serve with butter and mango pickle, and enjoy every bite!
