First soak the de-seeded dates in half cup of hot water for half an hour. After half an hour along with the water, blend it into a smooth paste. Now keep this dates paste aside.

Now lets take a pan and dry roast almonds, cashews and pistas for about a minute. Now keep them aside.

Now in the same pan, dry roast flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, khus-khus, white sesame seeds. Roast them for about 30 seconds. Next dry roast the oats too. Now keep everything aside.

Next comes makhana, just dry roast them and coarsely grind. And even coarsely grind the roasted oats too
(mentioned in step 2) Now keep both together in a separate bowl. Keep the chopped anjeer and chopped raisins as it is. - 5
Now in the mixer jar add roasted almonds, cashews, pista, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, poppy seeds, sesame seeds & roasted chana dal. Grind them coarsely & keep it separately.

Now in the same pan, add 2 tsp of ghee and add the dates paste in it. (mentioned in step 1) Let it cook on a low flame until it becomes lumpy. It will slowly change its colour.

Now add chopped raisins, chopped figs and coarsely grounded mixture (mentioned above in step 5). Mix everything well and add cook for about 3 minutes. Then add a tbsp of ghee and combine it well with the mixture.

Then add the makhana and oats mixture in it. (mentioned in step 4). Now again combine everything well & cook for about 5 minutes until it forms like a dough. Now switch off the flame.

Make ladoos out of it accordingly. These ladoos are packed with protein. Have it guilt-free.
