Take a bowl and add wheat flour,,rice flour salt, and water. Mix to make a smooth dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Heat a kadhai and add oil. When the oil is hot, add garlic and chili paste, and sauté. Then add onions and peanuts, stirring well. Add sprouts and stir them in. Steam for 1 minute.

In a mixer jar, add the steamed sprouts and blend them roughly. Transfer this mixture to a plate, add boiled potatoes, and mash them together. Add chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice, sugar, and coriander, then combine everything well.

Take a small portion of the dough and shape it into a ball. Stuff it with the potato mixture, press it gently, and roll it into a paratha. Heat a tawa and cook the paratha on both sides with butter until golden brown.

Ready your wheat sprout mataki paratha serve with butter and mango pickle.Enjoy !
