There is one cooking show that I enjoy watching, and no it’s not any of the well known chefs/cooks…:) I have always preferred to watch cooking shows that are more traditional with simple recipes to follow. This show is based on International cuisine, and the chef has cooked all over the world, and the recipes are simple and yet so delicious.The other day I was watching a rerun of his show (vacation time), and he had this fantastic summer dish which I have made before but I had completely forgotten. My brother was coming over, we haven’t seen him in a few days, along with his dog Marka. 🙂 I decided to make this dish for dinner, and since we are all pasta lovers, Chicken Bolognese would be a great topping.The recipe has a few tweaks than the Bolognese we all know and love, instead of ground beef, I have added grated Chicken it makes this dish lighter and tastes so good. We enjoyed our meal, chatted, laughed, and had a really nice time. Charlie and Marka had a great time, playing, running into the garden and eating of course. 🙂

I am not a vegetarian but thought I would try this and was surprised how good it was, one day without meat, give it a go.
