  1. 1/2 cupFresh mint leaves
  2. 1 cupwater
  3. 2 spoon of lemon juice
  4. one spoon of jeera
  5. 1/2 spoon pepper powder
  6. 1/2 spoon jaggery powder
  7. A pinch of salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the blender jar to add a one cup of freshmint leaves (pudina) with 1 cup of water.

    Blend into smooth puree and Strain the juice using strainer

    Finally add 2 spoon of lemon juice, one spoon of jeera, pepper powder, jaggery powder, salt and mix it every well

    Pour the mint juice into serving glass...Garnish with the mint springs.
